In my efforts to reach the voters of Fayette County, we have created this site to share as much information as possible with you about my campaign for Judge of the Fayette County Probate Court between now and the Republican Primary vote for the county on July 15, 2008.

     If you are a member of a civic club, or social organization, and would like for me to come and share my thoughts with your membership about the Judgeship of the Fayette County Probate Court, please have the appropriate program person for your organization call my secretary, Joanne Whitlock, 770-461-4882, and arrange a date that I might come and speak to your group.

     Although you don't hear as much about the Probate Court on the 6:00 news, or read much about it in the newspapers, like you do the State or Superior Courts, it serves the county in some very important areas of life. You may feel that having a wholesome lifestyle will insure that you won't ever see the inside of a courtroom. However, any of us, given an unforeseen set of circumstances, could find ourselves in the Probate Court being appointed guardian of an incapacitated relative, probating the will of a parent, or asking the question what do I do now that my spouse has died without a will?

     The Probate Court is a very important court to Fayette County. The voters of Fayette County will elect a new Probate Judge to fill that vacated position in 2008. The Primary is not far away. Call today and arrange for me to share with your group what 30 years of practicing law has taught me. I'll bet, that what I want to see when I go into a courtroom is the same thing that you would like to see when you enter a courtroom.
